Delivery conditions

Spain

  • Free delivery for orders of a value above 120 € throughout the Spanish peninsular.
  • The products will be sent to the address as stated at the time of order.

Not for Spain

DELIVERY TIMES ARE:

Spanish Peninsular: between 48 and 72 hours from the time of the order being sent.

If the order is placed between Thursday and Sunday or less than 48 hours before a holiday, the delivery will take place within 2 to 3 work days after the Sunday or holiday.

All deliveries are sent in protective boxes especially designed to guarantee the product arrives in perfect condition.

In the case that the delivery could not be made due to nobody being available to receive it, a delivery note will be left.

ON RECEIVING THE DELIVERY YOU MUST:

  1. Check the contents is correct at the time of delivery.
  2. Indicate any inconsistencies on the delivery invoice, explaining your complaint and including your signature 
  3. Marcelino Tierra y Vinos S.L. can not assume responsibility for any delays in delivery.
